“Sarah was quick to respond to my request for help to design my dream garden. The plot was a completely blank canvas. We had an initial consultation where she took on board all my requests including the colour scheme and the type of plants I wanted included. A site survey followed where she took care to check the aspect to make sure of the planting success.
A plan followed this, together with a planting plan. Once a landscaper had been secured the garden began to take shape. Sarah was very supportive with several visits during this process.

“I wasn’t in a position to have a full garden makeover, but I had a wonky old patio that needed to be changed, so I had two good-sized flower beds created and asked Sarah if she would design them.
It was a pleasure to work with her; she really listened to what I wanted, and I learned a lot from her expertise. She also sourced any plants that I couldn’t find and identified alternatives when required. Although I was a little late in planting, the beds bloomed and some plants remained upright and colourful into November. This was due to her advice on soil preparation at the start and using the right plants in the correct positions.
She provided images of the proposed planting and information on each plant, along with aftercare guidance. If I’m in a position to have a makeover for the rest of the garden in the future, I would definitely hire Sarah as my designer.”
